Event attendees will be responsible for the following costs:
- Registration is $1,550 per registrant. Credit card is the only form of payment that will be accepted.
- Travel accommodations, including cost of flight, hotel and airport transportation.
- Incidentals incurred while traveling, including meals, tips and other fees.
Meals and refreshments will be provided to attendees during conference hours.
Yes, you may register a guest as part of your own registration process. The fee for all guests is the same as for invited attendees ($1,550). Guests wishing to attend any of the week’s activities must register for the full conference and will be given full access to event activities.
Yes, we will share information on how to access the mobile conference app later in the summer, closer to the event.

Documentation differs depending on the country of origin. Check with your embassy to confirm proper documentation prior to travel. Visa letters will be available and can be requested through our Hospitality Agents at OwnersConference@hilton.com or +1 (408) 329-7000. You will need to include the following information in your request for a visa letter:
- Your home country’s visa application mailing address
- Your name (as it shows on your passport)
- Passport number
- Date of birth & date of passport expiration
Translation services will not be provided, however you’re welcome to bring a translator with you. Anyone accompanying you during the conference must be registered as a full conference attendee.
