General Questions

The Hilton Global Owners Conference will take place over three days in Dallas, Texas, uniting thousands of owners, Hilton corporate team members, management company partners and developers from across the globe.

At the conference you will hear from renowned speakers on global topics and network with Hilton leadership and other hotel owners.

Programming will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 10 and will conclude late in the evening on Thursday, October 12.

This is an exclusive invite-only event. Guests include select owners, management company partners, Hilton leadership and experts in key functional areas. We are expecting over 2,000 attendees.

Hilton President and CEO Chris Nassetta, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, and best-selling author Malcolm Gladwell will keynote the event. Breakout session speakers will be announced closer to the conference.

Your language preferences will be collected when you register. The event team will be analyzing that data to make the necessary accommodations for general session. For efficiencies and planning, some content may not be translated.

Registration &
Payment Questions

Registration for full-conference attendees costs $750 USD per person. Evening-event-only registration is available for travel companions for $500 USD per person. Meals and refreshments will be provided during formal programming hours. Attendees are responsible for costs related to travel accommodations and incidentals.

Yes, there will be a conference app where attendees can access all conference information. This will be available to download a few weeks before the event starts.

Attendees are also encouraged to use the Hilton Honors app, which will allow you to customize your room needs and utilize digital check-in, among other features. You can download the Hilton Honors app from the App Store for Apple devices or from Google Play for Android Devices.

You may purchase an evening-events-only badge for one guest. Guests are required to have their own badge. You will be able to register your guest on the registration form.

Travel &
Accommodations Questions

Dallas has two main airports close to the Hilton Anatole — Dallas Fort-Worth Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport. We recommend Dallas Love Field Airport for domestic travelers. Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights.

Special rates and packages are available at the Hilton Anatole for attendees. Rooms can be booked once you are registered. Visit the Travel page for details.

The conference rate is available at the Hilton Anatole from October 8 through October 13. If you are interested in extending your stay, there are many interesting things to do and see in the area. You can find ideas for exploring Dallas on the Travel page.

Attendees should make their own transportation arrangements to and from the airport. Transportation to evening events and partner hotels will be provided at designated times throughout the event.

Required documentation varies depending on the country of origin. Check with your embassy to confirm proper documentation prior to travel. Visa letters will be available and can be requested by emailing our Hospitality Agents at OwnersConference@hilton.com or by calling +86 21 2326 8514 from China or +1 (408) 329-7000 from outside of the US, Canada and China.
